REASON #7 to Support Horizons Giving Day on May 16th:
Seven Key STEM Activities
Through interactive, project-based activities, Horizons students develop the problem-solving skills and critical thinking necessary for a lifetime of learning.
In addition to traditional math and science, students participate in seven key skill-building STEM activities, including:
2. Digital literacy
3. Lego® robotics
5. Designing, building, and racing model cars and boats
6. 3D rendering
7. Financial Literacy
It’s no wonder Horizons graduates say their exposure to STEM and other project-based activities has increased their interest in math and science and helped define their career choices!
