Your child's enrollment into the summer program will not be complete until the Youth Camp Health Form has been uploaded and the registration fee is paid.
If your child is REMOVED from the program, the fee will NOT be refunded.

Horizons will accept new students on a referral basis. Please have your child's teacher or counselor fill out the Referral Form below.

The Horizons Mission
Horizons serves students experiencing inequities built into the education system, like the uneven distribution of resources, that create barriers to access the knowledge and skills every student needs to be prepared for life after high school.
Students in PreK - 8th grade residing in Kent County, Maryland, and K - 8th grade students residing in Queen Anne's County, Maryland are encouraged to talk to their school counselor about the program.
